The Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Basic RiderCourse 2-License Waiver (BRC2-License Waiver) is a unique riding curriculum offered through the New York State Motorcycle Safety Program (NYSMSP) and qualifies as a New York DMV License Testing Waiver.
Even if you’ve been riding for some time, there’s always something new to learn. Increasing numbers of seasoned riders are flocking to the one day Basic RiderCourse 2 to hone their skills and fine-tune the mental skills needed for survival in traffic.
- One day course – 4-hour eCourse, 3 hours classroom, 5 hours range
- Use your own motorcycle and helmet
- Qualifies graduates for insurance premium discounts with some motorcycle insurers
- Provides a New York DMV Road Test Waiver
